Il Ristorante William in Maranello – Modena – was founded in 1987 by Nilde and William. Since October 2009, the management was passed over to Michele and his wife, Elena, who have decided to continue with the maritime traditions of this historic restaurant.
Michele started to work in this sector in 1990 when he started studying Hotel Management and then he started work in various known seaside resorts. In 1998 he started working at Ristorante William in Maranello where he worked as the maitre d’.
